Mar 03, 2020 · Best place for questions like this is over on the CMP forum Orest, the COO, of the CMP, explained, just a day or two ago, that as they sort through the M1 parts/pieces/rifles, they will come across M1 barreled receivers and trigger groups that have horrible stocks on them, dinged up, chipped, etc. They put them in a new/newer stock.
